In all of our recruitment processes, you will be asked to attach your CV and answer a few questions during the application process.
Our People team will then review each application narrowing down the applicants to a handful of key candidates based on the application material submitted. -
We always try to keep speed in our recruitment processes. But sometimes we are humbled to receive many applications, which means we can fall behind and the waiting time gets a bit longer. But you can be sure that we will always get back to you.

As a first step, our people team will invite you to a digital meeting. This is usually a casual meeting where we want to get to know you a bit better.
See this meeting as an opportunity for you to get to know Vässla and ask all potential questions that you may have. There are no stupid questions! -
Depending on the role and how senior the position is, you will be asked to conduct a case. We will then send you a case which you will have 48 hours to prepare before presenting it to the hiring manager.
Case studies are used as a method of competency measuring, and are one of the best methods to use. -
As part of our Non Douchebag Policy, we always conduct team interviews to make sure it is a cultural fit. This interview is more of a coffee chat where you get the opportunity to meet your potential future team members.

If we feel that it is a match made in heaven, we will call to give you an offer!
When we have agreed on all terms, you will get a written offer in Teamtailor while we prepare your employment agreement.

Maybe it was not a perfect match this time, but it does not mean we did not like you. Maybe it was not the right timing or we did not have the same expectations of the position.
