About the role
Hi there, I'm Rickard 👋🏼 and I'm looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Engineering team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day progress, providing technical guidance and direction. You will strengthen your team’s performance, growth and translate business needs into great software solutions. Initially you will run a smaller team and be involved in hands-on development. But as the team grows, your role will be more strategic and focused on overall team-, technical-, and project management in close collaboration with other business areas.
We hope that you are comfortable working with our React Native front-end and our Typescript backend. If you consider yourself to be a tech-savvy disruptor, innovative enabler, and would like to play a central role in the creation of our future products – we would love to see you in our team!
Your day to day fun
- Supervising and leading our Engineering team.
- Organizing, structuring and overseeing projects and sprints.
- Setting up product road maps.
- Cooperating with other stakeholders.
- Managing software development.
- Handling of multiple ongoing projects.
- Handling employee/ team trainings
What you bring with you
- Knowledge of React, Next.js, Node.js (14+), GraphQL, React Native, Typescript.
- Project leader skills.
- Worked as team leader for 5+ developers.
- Scrum/Kanban experience.
You'll enjoy this position if you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to find your way forward when there are no given answers.
