About the role 

Hi there, I'm Rickard 👋🏼 and I'm looking for a Head of Hardware/ Head of Vehicles to join the team!🌟
In this role, you’ll be focused on the settlement of strategic targets for the product development roadmap, working closely with our teams across product design, engineering, operations, software, marketing and finance.

Your day to day fun 

• Exploring quickly developing technology and turning them into innovative product features
  
• Analyzing of business cases, collecting data to figure out which features should be built and prioritized
  
• Planning comprehensive customer research plans, and building robust processes for turning that research into successful products
  
• Managing the development of all our products, working closely with our great city teams and engineering and product crew
  
• Gathering ideas from our users and team, and working with our engineering team to make sure the right things get built
  
• Managing projects throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline
  
• Monitoring metrics after release, iterating the product where it makes sense
  
• Explaining product updates and changes to internal teams and other stakeholders
  

What you bring with you

We believe that you have:

• A bachelor’s degree in product management or related field, or equivalent work experience
  
• Experience utilizing data and research to fundamentally understand what is most important to a business and its customers
  
• A passion and experience in building new products
  
• Great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once, with strong prioritization skills
  
• Great decision making skills and are data-driven
  
• Hands-on experience with basic product manager tools, like data analytics platforms
  
• Work experience in an agile environment
  
• Full professional proficiency in English
  
• Strong technical understanding of bicycles is preferred
